Mt. Elbrus Photos
These photographs were taken during a trip to Russia to climb Mt. Elbrus, the highest peak in Europe, in 2006. I flew into Frankfurt and then on to St. Petersburg, where my teammates and I stayed for two days touring the city. We started the climb of Mt. Elbrus, spending the first night at a hut built by our guide service on the slopes of Elbrus.
